Kate is Enough: The Kate Gosselin Story

Kathy Griffin appeared on the Jimmy Kimmel Live show, only this time it wasn’t to plug her new book, Official Book Club Selection or her My Life on the D List. Nah, this time it was to plug her Lifetime spoof, Kate is Enough: The Kate Gosselin Story where she stars as Kate Gosselin. The clip below pokes fun at both sides of the Jon & Kate Plus Eight reality show saga, which has seen better days (at least as far as the relationship goes). While it seems the more drama the couple experiences, the greater their fame in the tabloids, not to mention the show’s ratings, one can only wonder what the true toll is on this couple. Behind the scenes we can only imagine it would go something like this. At just over a minute and a half, we have just enough time to see shrieking kids, pompous fame-stricked adults, glorious stretch marks and gay actor George Takei (as Jon Gosselin … wait, is there a hidden message here?) doing a total make-out scene with some hot chick. You know what they say. It wouldn’t be as funny if it weren’t so true. Television imitates life, which imitates television, which imitates … oh, you get it. Enjoy!
